New Patients at Excel Chiropractic
We look forward to welcoming you to our warm, inviting practice. When you’ve booked your first appointment with Excel Chiropractic, we’ll send you a link so that you may complete your new patient paperwork before your visit.
In most cases, we take X-rays at the first appointment, so it’s helpful if you don’t wear jewelry or clothing with metal. As part of your initial evaluation, you’ll be moving around, so we recommend wearing clothing that allows you to move freely.
The MoveWell Three Phase Process
Our practice revolves around the Excel MoveWell Three Phase Process, designed to guide our patients through a comprehensive journey toward improved well-being.
We begin with the “Relieve” phase, which focuses on alleviating discomfort, reducing pain, and restoring functional mobility. Next, in the “Restore” phase, we enhance the body’s natural healing processes, optimize musculoskeletal function, and promote long-term wellness. Finally, in the “Refine” phase, we fine-tune our approach to ensure sustained well-being and empower our patients to achieve their health goals for life.
Your First Visit
Then we’ll conduct a thorough examination, including X-rays. Then Dr. Adams will provide a light adjustment or other therapy to provide some pain relief. Plan on being with us for about 30 minutes.
Your Second Visit
At this appointment, Dr. Adams will review the results of your exams and X-rays and explain what’s causing your pain or other symptoms. He’ll lay out his recommendations for care and let you know how long it will take to get you feeling and functioning better. He welcomes your questions and will make sure you understand everything. Then, when you’re ready to begin, we’ll start your customized care plan at this visit.
Our front office staff will explain all costs and payment options. This visit is also typically about 30 minutes.
Paying for Care
We are an in-network provider with many insurance plans, including Medicare. You may also use most major credit cards or your HSA/FSA. We will work directly with your insurance company if you’ve been injured in an auto accident.
We are happy to provide a discount for first responders and military personnel.
